Ryan Helfenbein Discusses “Charlie Kirk and the Lost Boys”

In an age where young men are searching for purpose, leadership, and belonging, who is shaping their worldview—and why does it matter to both men and women?

Ryan Helfenbein serves as Executive Director of the Standing for Freedom Center and Vice President of Communications at Liberty University. A bold voice on faith, culture, and generational identity, Ryan explores what’s happening beneath the surface of today’s so-called “Lost Boys”—the generation of men drawn to figures like Charlie Kirk, searching for moral clarity in a chaotic world.

Ryan will challenge us to look past the headlines and examine the spiritual and cultural vacuum driving this movement. He’ll unpack how mentorship, conviction, and faith can either redeem or radicalize a generation—and what that means for our churches, campuses, and communities.
